In her productions, Zülal Çizmeci questions the mental and physical relationship of the individual with all the rings in the universe, and abstract and concrete interactions by focusing on the human mind. She produces collages, mixed media works and paper sculptures made from natural materials. The main material she uses is paper, and she often uses old magazines, photographs and previously made marbled papers to make analog and digital manipulations. She often expresses the feelings and ideas she wants to emphasize in her works by using the art of marbling. She offers the viewer a freer space of thought by breaking down the reality of the images.
