Denis Boudart's enigmatic montages imbue a sense of detachment, challenging traditional notions of transparency and truth within the medium of photography. The subjects and objects portrayed in these compositions exude an alluring mystique. The contours of the human form are mirrored in the incisions traversing the photographic selections, resulting in an interplay between representation and abstraction.

For me it's a real way to communicate, to say what's on my mind. It is also for me a state of mind from my influences like Dadaism.

Analog collage, 13 x 19 cm

My work is the reflection of my different inspirations between nature, my different trips and music. I like to create fragments of life, imaginary landscapes and mix cultures. I imagine compositions of objects, shapes and colors creating accidents, associations leaving a free imagination to whoever will be in front of these creations.
