Rocío Gándara's collages delve into the intricacies of the female form, deconstructing and reconstructing identities. Utilizing a subtle color palette, Gándara draws the viewer into a contemplative experience, encouraging them to ponder the threshold that lies between memory and the hidden depths of obscurity.

Rocío Gándara (Roseetré) is a graphic designer and collage artist based in Mexico City, her work is focused on the idea that collage forces the viewer to reevaluate the definitions of visual reality and to reconcile the external and public world with the internal and private world. Her main media being analog collage and video collage, working with materials such as, vintage photographs, discarded books, vintage magazines and old encyclopedias. She has participated in collective exhibitions in Madrid, Puebla and Mexico City.
