My creative work focuses on paper art, mainly paper collages. To rethink the representation of the human body fascinates me. Many of my collages focus on how the face and body are constructed. For me, the human face is something like the basis of my collage and the eye-catcher of each work. In most cases, these faces consist of many body parts I pasted together. My earlier work frequently focused on black & white vintage material and often conveyed something dark and melancholic. My recent work is more colorful but also much more chaotic and unpacks the common beauty ideal.
